Jon Flores is a metropolitan based sound designer, engineer, recording archivist, and creator of the Flour Hour, a free form music show on WFMU. He is a proud member of the Motion Picture Editors Guild.

He has worked with artists including Reggie Workman, Brian Chase, Steve Shelley, Wycleff Jean, Windhand, Twin Sister, Micachu And the Shapes, Ski Beatz, Spectrum (of Spacemen 3), Citizen Cope, Re-TROS, Hedgehog, Michael Chapman, So So Glos, Antigone Rising, AIDS Wolf, An Albatross, Speedy Ortiz, DMBQ, Barrence Whitefield and the Savages and many more. Jon has been an audio advisor for artist collectives ShowPaper, BKPA and DD172, and has created content for release on MTV, A&E, SyFy and Comedy Central and various film groups.

Jon has tracked, mixed or mastered over 30 hours of independently released music and audio, excluding film, at various studios across the east coast. He has worked with some of NYC's best young film makers both in production and in post. He is a graduate of the School of Audio Engineering, NY,NY.
